Twilight Dream takes place before the book Twilight. This gives many characters a chance to experience things that they couldn't. For example, James would obviously not be dead (nor would Victoria, Laurent, and any other deceased characters in Twilight and the following books).
The canons may re-write how they meet (in Twilight), if they meet, relationships and much more. Please try to keep it on somewhat of the basis of the book because we do not want it to go too off track, like we don't want Alice with Emmett. They must still have the same historical background, so Rosalie must be with Emmett. But if they weren't together in Twilight, then you can change relationships around.
This plot allows the users of the RPG to get creative and able to change around things. We hope that many will take advantage of this experience and use it for the good, and for fun.

Many new vampires and werewolves are appearing all over the world. Vampires are transforming humans into vampires, for romance purposes, to perhaps build up an army, for their own personal reasons, or maybe just to turn them into the blood-craving vampires they've become. More and more covens have been banding together in the knowledge that they are able to.
Many nomads are meeting new people and becoming friends, and soon creating covens. The knowledge of being a vegetarian vampire swept through the globe, thus allowing many to feed off of animal blood instead of human blood, though there are still many that have no knowledge about this. Even though it would be very hard to resist the blood of a human as a vampire, more and more vampires are attempting to switch to become a vegetarian. Many just don't like to eat humans, or just feel it's a better way to live, while many others continue to feed off of human blood. Even though human blood would make you stronger, some just don't think it would be right to live that way and feed off of innocent humans that have things to live for.
More and more werewolves, or shape shifters if you prefer, have been appearing. The shape shifters originated in La Push, Forks, however, not everyone stayed in the Quileute tribe. Some abandoned and set forth for new lives, leaving their old ones. Allowing them to reproducing more shape shifters with the birth of children from a shape shifter parent. This is adding more and more shape shifters to the world that we know of now. Now, the people of La Push are not the only ones that are able to shape shift into a wolf.
New packs are beginning to form, and the Quileute begin to find out that they are not the only ones that are both human and wolves. More and more packs of shape shifters are starting to form as people started to notice that there were way more than they expected. Though, not many have formed as packs, shape shifters are beginning to find out about the amounts of shape shifters there are. There are not many that joined each other, but packs could be forming as we speak.
